Known for its balanced climate with abundant sunshine and mild winters—ideal conditions for high-quality olive oils. This olive oil comes from small olive groves in the Oriental region. The olives are carefully harvested and processed exclusively by mechanical means. The result is an oil with a fruity-green character, a delicate balance of mildness and freshness, and a high content of monounsaturated fatty acids.
